(1) The committee shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be kept in that fund:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal.
(b) amount provided by way of donation or assistance by any person or organization.
(c) Funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies (d) Amount received for any service provided by the Committee.
(e) Subsidy amount received from the concerned District Development Committee, Municipality or Village Development Committee within the Devghat area and
(f) Amount received from any other source.
(2) Before receiving the amount under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds remaining in the funds of the committee will be deposited in an account opened in a bank in Nepal.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The operation of the account of the committee shall be as determined by the committee.
